1. In charge of managing SAA network, cybersecurity, terminal control center, updating flight screens, conducting CCTV surveillance, developing software, overseeing database administration, and digital fingerprint registration.
2. Provide technical support to SAA and its employees and train non-technical staff members on Information systems.
