Maota Airport is situated on the outskirts of the main town ofSalelologa on the big island of Savaii. The airport is primarilyused for domestic travel between Upolu and Savaii. The airportis certificated and subjected to annual safety audits by theMinistry Works, Transport and Infrastructure.
